Watermelon, Mint and Feta Salad
5 to 6 cups of cubed watermelon
Handful of cherry tomatoes sliced in half
3 to 5 Tbsp FLAVORED OLIVE OIL* (try Persian Lime, Lemon or Blood Orange!)
3 to 5 Tbsp TRADITIONAL DARK BALSAMIC* (also try Cranberry Pear, Peach)
10 fresh mint leaves
Crumbled feta cheese
HIMALAYAN PINK SALT*
Toss ingredients together. Garnish with salt to taste.
Optional: Toss with Blueberries, Cucumber, Kalamata Olives or Sliced Red Onion.
