Just a few ideas: Use on eggs, vegetables and meats. For an extra-flavorful vinaigrette, add a generous pinch when combining the olive oil and vinegar. Add a big spoonful when prepping hamburgers, cornbread mix, casseroles, pasta sauce, mashed potatoes and so much more… Enjoy!

COFFEE BBQ RUB:
Absolutely amazing on salmon (see Recipes page) chicken, pork, fruit, desserts, muffins and oatmeal! Uses: steak, ribs, pork, poultry, game, salmon, chili, roasts and much more!
BREAD DIPPING BLEND:
#1 best seller! Great for bread dipping OR as an all-purpose seasoning for meats, vegetables, eggs, sauces, pasta… Everything!
Just a few ideas: add a generous pinch to casseroles, pasta sauce, mashed potatoes, ground meat for hamburgers, when prepping cornbread mix or homemade breads. Basically, anything that you want to taste better : )
TOASTED SESAME GINGER:
Coat tuna steak with a blend of Toasted Sesame Seed Oil (see Specialty Oils page), soy sauce and honey. Sprinkle this seasoning on a plate and press tuna into it to form a thin layer. Sear at high heat for a minute or two each side. Use the Sesame Seed oil sauce mixture as a dipping sauce and serve with wasabi and fresh ginger... Wow, wow, wow! (See Recipes page for full recipe) Uses: Sprinkle in stir fry, on fish, chicken, pork and vegetables.
BACON BBQ RUB:
So good you could eat it by itself. Amazing on salmon too! Uses: Rub on chicken wings, ribs, pork, steak, hamburgers, eggs, vegetables, sauces... This stuff would make a tire taste good!
