Parmesan Roasted Asparagus


2 pounds fresh asparagus, trimmed
3 Tbsp TUSCAN HERB OLIVE OIL* (also try Garlic, Blood Orange and more)
3 Tbsp. LAVENDER BALSAMIC* (also try with Pomegranate or Black Mission Fig)
freshly ground BLACK PEPPER*
Grated Parmesan Cheese (optional)

Preheat oven to 400°F. Place asparagus in a shallow 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with oil, salt and pepper; toss to coat. Bake in preheated oven until lightly browned, 10-15 minutes (20 minutes if you like them more well done) Drizzle with the balsamic, additional olive oil and sprinkle with cheese before serving. 
Cook Time: 15 Minutes  Serves: 6
