Bright, crisp & delicious...
2 Tbsp GRAPEFRUIT BALSAMIC* (delicious with other flavors as well!)
2 Tbsp PERSIAN LIME OLIVE OIL* (also try with many other flavors!)
1 tsP sugar
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Pinch of celery seed
1½ to 2 cups shredded coleslaw cabbage mix
1 carrot, peeled and grated (if not already included in cabbage mix)
¼ cup slivered red onion
2½ Tbsp shelled sunflower seeds, toasted
HIMALAYAN PINK SALT* (to taste)
Ground BLACK PEPPER* (to taste)
In a medium-sized serving bowl, blend the vinegar, oil, sugar, mustard, celery seed, salt and pepper together with a whisk until combined.
Add the cabbage, carrot, onion, sunflower seeds and and dried cranberries and toss to combine.
