Mint and Feta Salad
5 to 6 cups of cubed watermelon
Handful of cherry tomatoes sliced in half
3 to 5 Tbsp. Flavored Olive Oil* (try Persian Lime, Lemon or Blood Orange!)
3 to 5 Tbsp. Traditional Dark Balsamic* (also try Cranberry Pear, Peach and more!)
10 fresh mint leaves
Crumbled feta cheese
Himalayan Pink Salt*
Toss ingredients together. Garnish with Pink Himalayan Sea Salt to taste.
Optional: Toss with Blueberries, Cucumber, Kalamata Olives or Sliced Red Onion.
