Roasted Sesame-Garlic Hummus
2 15 oz cans organic garbanzo beans, drained
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp ground cumin
1 Tbsp TOASTED SESAME SEED OIL*
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
⅓ cup any INFUSED OLIVE OIL*
2 tsp HIMALAYAN PINK SALT* or to taste
Place all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor/blender, process until creamy and smooth. Adjust seasoning as desired. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Drizzle additional fresh olive oil over the top just before serving.
