Parmesan
Roasted Asparagus

INGREDIENTS:
2 pounds fresh asparagus, trimmed
3 Tbsp. Tuscan Herb Olive Oil* (also try Garlic, Blood Orange and many others)
Italian Herbal Sea Salt*
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
3 Tbsp. Lavender Balsamic* (also try with Pomegranate or Black Mission Fig)
Grated Parmesan Cheese (optional)

DIRECTIONS: 
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place asparagus in a shallow 9x13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with oil, salt and pepper; toss to coat. Bake in preheated oven until lightly browned, 10-15 minutes (20 minutes if you like them more well done) Drizzle with the balsamic, additional olive oil and sprinkle with cheese before serving. 

Cook Time: 15 Minutes  Serves: 6
