Parmesan Roasted Asparagus

2 pounds fresh asparagus, trimmed
3 Tbsp TUSCAN HERB OLIVE OIL*
(also try Garlic, Blood Orange and more)
3 Tbsp. LAVENDER BALSAMIC*
(also try with Pomegranate or Black Mission Fig)
ITALIAN HERBAL SEA SALT*
freshly ground BLACK PEPPER*
Grated Parmesan Cheese (optional)



Preheat oven to 400°F. Place asparagus in a shallow 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with oil, salt and pepper; toss to coat. Bake in preheated oven until lightly browned, about 15 minutes (20 minutes if you like them more well done) Drizzle with the balsamic, additional olive oil and sprinkle with cheese before serving.  Cook Time: 15 Minutes  Serves: 6
