Bright, crisp & delicious...
2 Tbsp. Grapefruit Balsamic* (delicious with other flavors as well!)
2 Tbsp. Persian Lime Olive Oil* (also try with many other flavors!)
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
Pinch of celery seed
1-1/2 to 2 cups shredded coleslaw cabbage mix
1 carrot, peeled and grated (if not already included in cabbage mix)
1/4 cup slivered red onion
2-1/2 Tbsp. shelled sunflower seeds, toasted
Dried Cranberries (optional)
Italian White Sea Salt* or Himalayan Pink Salt* (to taste)
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
In a medium-sized serving bowl, blend the vinegar, oil, sugar, mustard, celery seed, salt and pepper together with a whisk until combined.
Add the cabbage, carrot, onion, sunflower seeds and and dried cranberries and toss to combine.
