Cinnamon Butter
Roasted Pecans

2 cups Pecan halves
3-4 Tbsp *Butter Olive Oil*
¼ cup *Cinnamon Pear Balsamic*
1 tsp *Himalayan Pink Salt* (more if desired)

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a bowl, toss the pecans, olive oil and balsamic together to coat. Add salt and toss again. Let sit about 10-15 minutes. Spread the pecans in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake until fragrant and slightly darkened in color, about 15 minutes. Let cool on baking sheet.

Delicious for salads, desserts, vegetable dishes or just by themselves!
